How to Prepare & Enjoy Your Time in the Chair Welcome! Here’s everything you need to know to prep for your appointment and make the most of your time in my chair. My goal is for you to leave feeling relaxed, confident, and maybe even a little spoiled. Hair Prep: For chemical services, try to avoid heavy buildup from dry shampoo, oils, or styling products — too much can affect your results. Your hair doesn’t need to be freshly washed either; a little natural oil actually helps protect your scalp from irritation like burning or itching. Think not too clean, not too dirty — just right. Snacks & Drinks: Bring snacks, drinks, or even order DoorDash or Uber Eats — I always have water and light snacks too. Stay fueled and comfy! Entertainment Headphones are always welcome, and no headphones are totally fine too. TikToks, Netflix, and playlists are encouraged — just keep the volume at a level that won’t disturb others. I’m always down for great conversations, but I also love a good silent appointment. If you want to relax, nap, scroll, or dissociate peacefully for a few hours — I support you completely. Phone on 3% and fighting for its life? Don’t panic. I have chargers — just ask! Questions & Feedback: Please never hesitate to ask questions. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing me as your stylist. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Appointments & Arrival Please arrive on time. If you are running late, text me at 210-563-6677 as soon as possible. Appointments may be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your service total. By booking, you authorize the card on file to be charged in accordance with these policies. Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be changed without penalty. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows without communication will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. Any unpaid balance must be paid before future appointments can be booked. Consultations & Hair History Consultations require a $15 deposit that will be applied toward your future appointment. Clients must disclose all relevant hair history, including box dye, henna, relaxers, keratin treatments, and any allergies or medical conditions that may affect the service. Box Dye Policy I do not accept clients with any history of box dye. Even if the color was applied years ago and appears to have faded, box dye remains in the hair until it has completely grown out and been cut off. Due to the highly unpredictable nature of box dye during professional color services, and the increased risk of uneven results or damage, I am unable to guarantee the outcome. For this reason, hair with a history of box dye is considered too great of a liability for me to service. Guests & Salon Etiquette One guest is permitted with prior approval. Children must be supervised at all times. Only registered service animals are allowed. Refunds & Adjustments All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued. If you have concerns about your service, please contact me within 7 days. Adjustments may be offered at my discretion. Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
